The identity of the reviewers is not disclosed to the authors, and the identity of the authors is not disclosed to the reviewers. All identifying information, including names, affiliations, and other personal details, is removed from the manuscript before the peer review process begins.

Review Stage

Manuscript Evaluation

Submitted manuscripts will generally be reviewed by two to three experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are requested to evaluate whether the manuscript is scientifically sound and coherent, whether it duplicates previously published work, and whether the manuscript is sufficiently clear and suitable for publication.

Reviewers are also asked to assess the originality, significance, scientific contribution, and relevance of the research. The Editors will make an editorial decision based on the reviewers' reports and, when necessary, may consult members of the Editorial Board.

Editorial Decision

Based on the reviewers' comments, the Editors may reach one of the following decisions:

01

Accept and Publish

The manuscript may be accepted and published with or without minor editorial revisions.

02

Revision Required

The authors may be invited to revise their manuscript and address specific comments, recommendations, or concerns raised by the reviewers and Editors.

03

Reject

The manuscript may be rejected due to insufficient originality, limited conceptual advancement, major methodological or technical problems, significant interpretational issues, or failure to meet the scientific and editorial standards of the journal.

Revision and Resubmission

Any changes made to the original manuscript should be clearly identified and presented for further evaluation. Authors are expected to carefully review the sentence structure, completeness and accuracy of the text, references, tables, figures, and other graphic materials contained in the revised manuscript.

Final Decision

Editor-in-Chief Decision

The Editor-in-Chief has the final authority regarding the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts. The Editorial Board reserves the right to edit manuscripts with respect to style, format, clarity, consistency, and compliance with the journal's publication standards.

Manuscripts containing excessive errors in spelling, punctuation, language, formatting, references, or other technical aspects may be returned to the authors for revision before resubmission or may be rejected when the manuscript does not meet the required publication standards.
