Studi Farmakovigilance Obat Herbal di Kelurahan Limba U-2 Kecamatan Kota Selatan Kota Gorontalo dengan Metode Naranjo: Traditional medicines are ingredients or concoctions in the form of plant materials, animal materials, mineral materials, liquid preparations from materials (galenic) which have been used for generations for treatment. The aim of this research is to see the existence of ADRs on the use of herbal medicines in the community in the Limba U-2 sub-district, Gorontalo City using the Naranjo method. This research method is descriptive observational with a cross sectional design with purposive sampling with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data analysis using Naranjo. Research results from data on age characteristics, the dominant age is 31-50 years, 46 (47.4%), the majority gender is female, 68 (70.1%), the majority’s educational status is elementary/middle school, 46 (47.4%), employment status. the majority are housewives 58 (59.8%). The majority of people use herbal medicines for <1 year as many as 50 (51.5%), the source of herbal medicine information is from the family 41 (42.3%), the majority of people mix their own herbal medicines 74 (76.3%), the majority of herbal medicines are boiled as much as 61 (62.9%), and variations in the use of herbal medicine once a day were 45 (46.4%). From the causality analysis using the Naranjo algorithm, it is known that 2 patients who used herbal medicines had ADRs, with 1 person in the probable category and 1 person in the definite category.
